Overview

This application is a privately operated automation built using n8n. It is used solely to automate workflows triggered by emails received in a Gmail account owned and controlled by the operator of this application. It is not offered as a public product or service.

Data Accessed

The application may access the following Google account data, depending on configured workflows:

• Gmail email metadata (sender, recipient, subject, timestamps)
• Gmail email content and attachments, if explicitly required by a workflow

No other Google services or user data are accessed.

Purpose of Data Access

Data is accessed strictly to:

• Detect new incoming emails
• Execute automated actions defined by the account owner (e.g. notifications, logging, forwarding, processing)

Data is not accessed for advertising, analytics, profiling, or resale.

Data Storage and Retention

• Emails and related data are processed transiently within a self-hosted n8n instance.
• No Gmail data is stored permanently unless explicitly configured by the operator.
• Any stored data remains under the sole control of the operator.

Data Sharing

• No data is shared with third parties.
• No data is transferred to external services except those explicitly configured by the operator as part of an automation workflow.

Security

• Access to Google data is protected using OAuth 2.0.
• Credentials and tokens are stored securely within the self-hosted n8n environment.
• Access is restricted to the account owner.

User Access

• The application is intended for personal/internal use only.
• Only the Google account owner authorizes and uses the application.
